Yes...Ironman...since John just broke both his wrists playing basketball and now has a plate and screws in his arm.

John has pastored and planted churches over his 20 year ministry career at places like Ball State and Southern Illinois. He's from Muncie, Indiana and earned a degree from the Medical College Of Ohio in Physical Therapy.

John also "did time" at THE Ohio State University. People that say THE Ohio State University have issues we think...that happens when you cant beat an SEC team:-)

John teaches regularly, coordinates our life groups and invests in leaders along with leading Theology on Tap. John loves creating systems and studying theology and helping people with spiritual transformation.

John and his wife Jana have 4 kids...3 girls and a boy ages 13-22 years old.

John has a deadly jump shot and loves to deep sea fish.

Jim is from Cleveland, Ohio, plays ice hockey, rides motorcycles, and coaches football. He has a degree in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Jim teaches, leads a life group, is involved in discipleship and loves to develop young leaders and build relationships with those who are far from God.

He also helps design our spaces, venue and website.

Jim just skated in the legendary speed skating Keizersrace on the canals of Amsterdam, Netherlands. It's a crazy story:-)

Jim and his wife Allison have 5 kids...4 boys and a girl...and a loud house:-)

Jim has been leading in churches for 20 years.

Steve has a Masters in Counseling Degree from the Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando and operates the Deeper Waters Counseling Center Office located at our venue in Downtown Orlando. He specializes in family and marriage counseling as well as mental health and addiction counseling.

Steve is a great listener and his patience adds a ton to our team...he regularly keeps us from making dumb decisions. In addition to all the counseling he offers he helps coordinate our Mens Events and our Mens Journeymen Ministry.

He and his wife Dawn have 3 kids who range in age from 15-20.

Steve did his undergrad at University of New Mexico. He was a double major and received a BS in Chemistry and Biology. He is too smart for his own good.

Eli is on part-time staff with us and hails from Georgia. Apparently Jesus talked some about "hail" too:-) Eli teaches at H2O and also helps teach and lead kids in our Splash Program.

Eli also works with our social media to help people in H2O stay connected with each other with new technologies.

He rides a motorcycle that looks straight out of Road Warrior or Mad Max.

He and his wife Ronda have 3 boys and 2 dogs and 1 house.

Vince hails from THE Ohio State University...which means nothing to us. He works downtown and wears a suit. Nothing more needs to be said.

He and his wife Alicia, also an attorney, have 2 little girls and both are little cuties...with great hair:-)

Quite frankly, all our instruments could fall apart and the sound system could explode and Laura's smooth voice would still carry the day! Seriously, she can flat out bring it or be subtle...she's incredible.

Laura's a true Gator graduating from the U of F with a Masters Degree of Science in nursing and is now a nurse practitioner with the Orange County Health Department.

She likes nature and hiking and loves a dude named David that she's been married to for 5 years and they have a little boy who also has GREAT hair:-)

Laura loves to worship and we feel blessed to have her lead us on Sundays.

Tracy Thatcher is responsible for in house communication and coordinating all our events, the H2O Calendar and the administrative support to pull them off.

Tracy has a Bachelors of Science Degree in Zoology with a minor in Psychology from Iowa State University.Yes...Zoology:-) Which means she is perfectly trained to handle their 2 boys:-)

She and Neil have been married for 13 years.

Allison leads our Radiant Womens Ministry along with a team of women. Allison is a Mom of 5 so if she can stay Radiant then we have proof of God's grace.

She is an accomplished opera singer and can rip a golf ball a long way...and catch bass...impressive.

Kathy has served in a variety of roles with Great Commission Ministries since 1986 and presently is the Staff Liason.

Kathy is incredibly gifted, can manage multiple projects at one time and never miss a detail all with a smile on her face. Honestly, none of us have ever seen her stressed out...we dont understand how she does it...she's an amazing example to us all.

At H2O she runs our Coffee Bar, helps organize systems and financial operations and numerous details that nobody else would think of.

Kathy is from way up in Wisconsin and attended Wisconsin Eau-Claire

She likes to play with plants, sew, read a good book, play with Data and EXCEL spreadsheets...seriously.

Stephanie works full time at the CRU National Headquarters working with social media and recruiting. She's great with people...and details...and kids. She can pretty much do it all with her hands tied behind her back.

Stephanie helps to lead our Radiant Womens Ministry.
